Batu Caves - the worlds most stunning caves

Batu Caves are one particular of the most lovely and popular caves from around the world. It is a limestone hill, which has a series of caves and cave temples. It is in the Gombak district, 13 km (eight miles) north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Gombak is a district in the state of Selangor, Malaysia. Batu, Rawang, Setapak and Ulu Kelang: It was developed on February 1, Gombak is divided to four subdistrict 1974th Batu Caves gets its name from the Sungai Batu Batu or River.

Batu Caves are 1 of the most visited areas in Malaysia. The limestone forming Batu Caves 400 million years old. The Batu Caves temple consists of three main caves and a couple of smaller sized. There is a wide range of cave fauna as Liphistiidae spiders and Eonycteris and fruit bats. This fauna is exclusive and can only be observed there. Often involuntarily - The area is also known for its several macaques to feed guests recognized. Batu Caves is also 1 of the most significant climbing centers in Malaysia and has over 160 climbing routes.

The world tallest statue of Murugan, a Hindu deity, outside Batu Caves, near the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The height of the statue is 42.7 meters (140 ft). Total value of the statue is 24 million rupees.
