Orava Castle is one of the most gorgeous castle in Slovakia. Its outstanding location makes it one of the most well-known places in Slovakia. The castle is located on a high rock above the river in the village Oravský Podzámok Orav constructed. This magnificent castle was built in the 13th century during the Kingdom of Hungary. A lot of scenes from the film Nosferatu have been filmed there. The original style of the palace is in the Romanesque and Gothic designs.
